Christmas Gift Idea

Don't know what to get someone for Christmas?

How about a gift certificate for a family portrait session? Or a couple or kids session.

Photobucket
The gift certificate is $40 and includes a frame that fits a matted 5x7 photo. If they contact me before January 31st to schedule their session then they get a free 5x7 too!

The Tran Clan

This is my first time photographing the Tran family. Getting Preston to look at me was about like getting any other 1 year old to pay attention! But I think we ended up with some pretty good ones! Hopefully enough that they'll want me to take their pictures again!

The Carlisle Family's Summer Shoot

Photobucket

Today, I took the Carlisles out for their summer family photos.

I cranked up the brightness on this one cause I thought it made Mary Beth's hair look really cool!

Business Cards

Photobucket

So now I've started creating business cards too! This was a pretty fun project. I photographed Mary Beth and then created her card and had them printed up. These are the only ones I've created so far. But I can do as fancy or boring as you want!

Some babies I know...

My sweet little niece at about a month old.

And, believe it or not, I have not really done a shoot (other than these couple) of my own baby! This is him at about 6 weeks.

A New Place for the Carlisle Family

Well, the Carlisles have been wanting a new place for their family that had a little more character. And where did we find a place? An old train station that we have passed at least once a week pretty much since I've lived here these 20+ years! Mary Beth got some of these ideas from a friend in Utah. We had lots of fun on this shoot.

Little Miss Maizeigh was just adorable the whole time!

This was a funny moment. Mary Beth is asking Jackson why he just bonked her in the head and Jackson is saying ouch and Kevin is explaining that Jackson didn't mean to hit his mommy, but Maizeigh had just scratched his face. And Maizeigh is just laughing at what she caused.

I love this.
We need to do more photo shoots like this one!
